Girls-Only Aikido Event

A special free event for girls and women of all ages — from age 5 and up!
Come experience Aikido together in a welcoming, supportive environment that connects our community across generations. Current students are encouraged to bring friends, sisters, moms, or anyone curious to try Aikido for the first time.

It includes Aikido class, Game time, Circle time, and Demonstration.

All levels welcome. No experience needed!

MOVIE OF THE MONTH: The LEGO Ninjago

Date: November 29 (Sat)

Time: 6:30-9:00 pm

Our teens will be hosting the kids under our supervision. All donations will go to support future training events for our young leaders.

Parents get a little break and the kids get to have a lot of fun!

The movie will be played in the dojo, so that we have lots of room and space will be limited to 20 kids. This is a great opportunity for all the kids to meet outside of class, eat some snacks together, socialize and create stronger connections. We will provide the popcorn, homemade lemonade, take time to play games and watch a show.

Drop off for movie nights is after 6:15 pm. Pick up is between 8:30 and 9:00 pm.

Movie nights are by donation.

Summer Camp Registration Open!

Registration for kids summer camps is open!

Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to sign your child up as space is limited.

We are hiring!

We are looking for someone part-time to join our team in September!

Duties include running our afternoon club between 2:45pm and 6:15pm; guiding children in age appropriate mindfulness activities, light yoga, engaging them with arts and crafts, reading books and playing games with them to enrich their lives. Preference will be given to someone with a class 4 driver’s license, childcare experience or training, experience teaching yoga and leading mindful practices with young people. If you know of someone or are interested, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
