Annual Dojo BBQ on June 14 (sun) from 11:30 am to 2 pm

We're excited to announce that we'll be hosting our annual BBQ to express our gratitude for your ongoing support and dedication to the dojo over the past year!

As we plan for this event, we kindly ask that you consider our neighbors. We encourage everyone to carpool, bike, skate, scoot, or use public transportation whenever possible. If each person arrives in their own car, the parking lot may not accommodate everyone.

If you'd like to contribute a dish, you're welcome to bring food to share, although it's not required. If you plan to bring something, please reach out first to make sure we don’t have too much of one thing.

To ensure we have enough food for everyone, please fill out the form below in advance if you plan to attend.

Fundraiser update:

We will organize another 50/50 draw this year to raise money for the next youth leadership camp which will be in September 2027.

Starting this June, tickets for the draw will be available for purchase for $20 each at the dojo. You can also send us an e-transfer or we can charge your card.

Even if you can’t come to the BBQ, you can still purchase tickets! Contact us to get yours!

We will have a tent and BBQ set up in front of the dojo. We are expecting quite a lot of people, so please use the parking available around the buildings in the business park, but we highly encourage you to bike, scoot or skate.

Some parents have asked us if they can bring anything. Please bring something if you like but there is absolutely no obligation to do so. We will be providing burgers with all the fixings, juice boxes, some cans of soda and draft beer (limited) for parents and our adult students.
